Camilla Philippe, LCSW

Owner/Therapist

 Camilla graduated with her Master's in Social Work from Aurora University and has over 10 years of experience in the field of Social Work. She has worked in a diverse range of settings, including nursing homes, homeless shelters, mental health facilities, IOP/PHP programs, and private practice. 


Creating a space where you can find what works best for you in your journey by tailoring her approach to each person's unique situation. Camilla honors her client's individuality and fosters a deeper sense of self-understanding and agency. She prioritizes creating a supportive environment for growth by sometimes using humor in sessions. Taking a non-judgmental, collaborative approach cultivating trust, helping you to feel comfortable and empowered to engage in the process. Using a blend of Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT and EMDR in addressing a range of client needs.  


Hobbies

"In my free time, I enjoy relaxing and hanging out with my dogs who bring me a sense of calmness and joy. I also love using my Cricut Maker to create personalized crafts, shopping and watching movies. Self-care is important to me, so I prioritize spending quality time with my family and friends."


Erica Mulatre, LCSW

 Erica earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago, specializing in Organization and Community Practice. She has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages in settings such as inpatient units, residential programs, schools and home-based care. Erica supports clients who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, and life transitions. She integrates CBT, DBT and ACT techniques into her practice and has a strong passion for helping families improve communication and strengthen relationships. 


With both personal and professional experience in mental health, Erica offers a compassionate, relatable approach. She understands the daily impact of mental health and strives to empower her clients with hope, resilience and the belief: "You have the ability to get through this."

Monica Ramirez, LSW

Monica is a licensed social worker with a master’s degree from Aurora University and seven years of experience in the field. She has focused much of her career on supporting families involved in the foster care system. Deeply passionate about empowering individuals—especially teens and women—Monica addresses mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.


In her practice, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients build emotional resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being. Monica’s expertise, combined with her compassionate and client-centered approach, enables her to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those she serves.

"My hobbies include chugging down a Red Bull to keep up with my 6 children. I love to read, journal, and go shopping whenever possible."

Daniella Ayala, LPC-A

Therapist

Daniella is a bilingual, provisionally licensed clinical mental health therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She brings nearly six years of experience in the mental health field, including work in applied behavior analysis and case management.


Daniella takes a holistic, person-centered approach, integrating Existential and Adlerian therapies while also drawing from CBT and DBT.  She works with clients of all ages in English and Spanish, helping with concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, mood-related challenges, and the effects of trauma. Daniella is committed to walking alongside her clients as they reconnect with themselves and move toward more intentional, fulfilling lives.


Hobbies

"I enjoy running outdoors, spending time at the gym, and incorporating meditation into my daily routine. I also find creativity and grounding through drawing, reading, and exploring fashion as a form of self-expression."
